Finding the right clean for your home
Standard Cleaning helps keep a generally clean, manageable home feeling fresh. Choose weekly, fortnightly or a one-off visit, subject to availability. For areas that need more attention, there’s Deep Cleaning.
Weekly or fortnightly Standard Cleaning is £18.90 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum (£56.70). One-off Standard Cleaning has a 3-hour minimum and its own quoted rate and total.
Deep Cleaning is £25.90 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum (£103.60). Larger homes or more build-up may need extra time. You’ll see the tasks, time and total price before you book.
We’re currently taking preliminary enquiries about the services described here; we are not confirming visits or taking payments yet. Tell us your postcode and cleaning priorities so we can discuss the planned options. Short-let & Airbnb Cleaning is being considered separately for a later stage.
Standard Cleaning
Ideal for regular maintenance of a home that is already in a generally clean and manageable condition. The same checklist applies to a one-off Standard visit.
What’s included
- Dusting accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping suitable floors
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Cleaning sinks, taps, showers and bathtubs
- Cleaning kitchen worktops and splashbacks
- Wiping the outside of cupboards and appliances
- Cleaning mirrors and giving accessible interior glass a routine wipe
- Emptying ordinary household bins into your designated on-site household waste bin
What’s not included
- Inside cupboards or drawers, fridges and ovens — available as agreed add-ons
- Washing dishes or loading or unloading the dishwasher
- Laundry, folding clothes or ironing
- Tidying, organising or decluttering personal belongings
- Detailed window cleaning or external windows — see the separate add-ons
- Balcony or terrace cleaning — see the separate add-on
- Moving furniture or appliances
- Washing walls or cleaning air vents
We empty ordinary household bins into your designated on-site bin. Taking waste away isn’t included.
Deep Cleaning
A more detailed, intensive clean for ordinary built-up dirt and areas beyond regular maintenance. Includes the Standard cleaning tasks, plus the following work:
The additional Deep Cleaning tasks
- Detailed cleaning of skirting boards
- Cleaning doors, door frames, handles and switches
- Careful removal of built-up dirt and stubborn marks where safely possible
- Thorough bathroom cleaning and descaling where suitable for the surface
- Cleaning inside and outside accessible cupboards and drawers
- Cleaning inside and outside a cool oven, using suitable household methods
- Cleaning accessible fridge interiors
- Detailed cleaning of kitchen surfaces and accessible appliance exteriors
- Detailed cleaning of safely accessible corners and edges, without moving furniture or appliances
Oven, fridge, cupboard and drawer interiors are part of your agreed Deep Clean, with no separate add-on fee. We’ll plan the rooms and priorities together before you book.

- Washing dishes or loading or unloading the dishwasher
- Laundry, folding clothes or ironing
- Tidying, organising or decluttering personal belongings
- Detailed window cleaning or external windows

- Specialist oven treatments, dismantling appliances or removing fitted parts
- Hazardous, specialist or restoration work
We’ll take care with stubborn marks and build-up, but some staining may remain where further cleaning could damage the surface.
Standard Cleaning add-ons
Make your Standard Clean work for you with a few helpful extras. Tell us what you’d like and we’ll confirm what’s possible, along with the extra time and cost.
Oven, fridge and cupboard interiors are already included in your agreed Deep Clean. You won’t pay twice for the same work. Full task and add-on terms.
Inside Oven Cleaning
We’ll clean the inside of your oven, including accessible racks and surfaces. Please make sure the oven is cool before we arrive.
Inside Fridge Cleaning
We’ll clean the inside of your fridge, including accessible shelves and drawers. You don’t need to empty everything, just make sure the areas you want cleaned are easy to reach.
Inside Cupboards & Drawers
We’ll clean the accessible inside surfaces of your cupboards and drawers. They don’t need to be completely empty, just reasonably accessible.
Indoor Window Cleaning
A more detailed clean of safely reachable window glass, frames and sills. A routine wipe of accessible interior glass is already included in Standard and Deep Cleaning. We don’t use ladders or climb to reach windows.
External Window Cleaning
We clean external windows that can be safely reached from ground level. No ladders, climbing or leaning out of windows.
Balcony / Terrace Cleaning
We clean the agreed, safely accessible balcony or terrace floor area. Please clear personal belongings before the visit. We don’t move furniture or provide pressure washing.
Cleaning Products Supplied
We can bring the cleaning products for your visit for an extra charge. Please provide a working vacuum cleaner and any other agreed equipment.

A few things to have ready
Please make sure the areas you’d like cleaned are easy to access. Cupboards, drawers and fridges don’t need to be completely empty. Please let the oven cool before inside-oven cleaning.
What falls outside our service
We don’t clean hazardous or severely unsanitary areas, and we don’t carry out specialist work that falls outside normal home cleaning.
Other service limits
We don’t provide organising, decluttering, childcare, pet sitting, heavy lifting, specialist restoration or high-level work.
When bookings open
When bookings open, you can accept the final written offer and its supplied terms by replying clearly before it expires. Payment follows the arrangements and due date in that offer. Our confirmation records the booking already agreed.
If plans change
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if plans change. Any permitted late-cancellation charge is limited by the supplied terms; your statutory cancellation rights always come first.
If something isn’t right
Let us know as soon as possible after your clean and we’ll look into it.
